4. Tricks of the trade most dealerships just won't take the time to tell you.
5. Probably the only time a factory trained technician will sit in front of you for as long as it takes to answer your questions.
6. We'll talk about the negitive effects of ethanol.
7. Steve, our service manager, tries to keep seminars around 60 minutes long, and you can ask questions afterward as well.
